About us

Private Limited Liability Company D.A.T.E. INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LIMITED was incorporated on 26.08.2016 and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Cyprus. The company was originally established to conduct business with the purpose of getting profit in the energy industry.

The main area of the company's activity is to implementation and conduct investment business, and to this end, to acquire and own investments, real estate, shares, equity, debentures, bonds, promissory notes and other securities. Priority specialization of the company is investment and management of energy assets in the regions of Central and Eastern Europe. Investment objects: rare earth metals, electricity, fuel and energy raw materials.

The company is 100% owned by private investors with over 20 years of experience in financial markets worldwide, specializing in Central and Eastern Europe. We provide professional advice and services to our clients across a range of investment-related areas, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), asset management, investments, and consulting.
