Private Limited Liability Company D.A.T.E. IVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LIMITED was incorporated on 26.08.2016 and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Cyprus. The company was originally established to conduct business with the purpose of getting profit in the energy industry.

The main area of the company's activity is to implementation and conduct investment business, and to this end, to acquire and own investments, real estate, shares, equity, debentures, bonds, promissory notes and other securities. Priority specialization of the company is investment and management of energy assets in the regions of Central and Eastern Europe. Investment objects: electricity, fuel and energy raw materials (oil, natural gas, coal and peat).

100% company's owner is LLC MILLSTONE & CO (Poland, 31-535, Krakow) – private investment company which focus on Central and Eastern Europe. Сompany provides investment related services to its clients: capital raising, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), asset management, investment, advisory.
